XBRL Filings at MCA
Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has mandated submission of financial statements by selected large companies in XBRL format from 1st April 2011. MCA has also mandated submission of all Cost Audit Reports and Compliance Reports in XBRL format from 1st April 2012.

| Compliance Reports | INR 5,000 |
Note :
- Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements shall be charged separately.
- Prices apply for turnaround time of 7 days.
- For projects turnaround time within 3 working days will be charged base price plus 25% extra.
