NextGenRaja Lakshmi Sundaram, Managing Director, Indequip Leasing & Finance Private Ltd., an approved Non-banking Finance Company, brings with her over 40 years of rich experience in business management and strategy formation. She has been honored with “Woman of the Year” in 1999 by American Biographical Institute for her outstanding accomplishments till date and the noble example she has set for her peers and community. She has been associated as an advisory board member with Lions Club of Greater Delhi, Red Cross Trustee Secretary with World Constitution & Parliament Association, World Community Service Center, Patron Member with Delhi Music Circle, Member Working Committee, with English Speaking Union in India, and a Life Member with All India Women’s Conference. She has been on the board of various Government and Non-Government bodies as advisor, some of the appointments held by her are Viz.: Ex-Member, Advisory Committee, Food & Nutrition Board, Ministry of Food & Civil Supplies, Program Advisory Committee, All India Radio & Doordarshan, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Member, Mother Theresa Leprosy Home & Shishuniketan, Kolkata to name a few.

She has widely travelled and was sent as an observer to ONSET by UNO to Rio-de-Jenero, Brazil. She has also attended the Earth Summit in Rio-de-Jenero, Brazil.
NextGenCA Vinod Kashyap, B.Com.(Hons.), FCA, DISA (ICAI), is UN/CEFACT Expert and Co-Founder of NexGen Knowledge Solutions Private Ltd. He has over 32 years of quantifiable experience in Industrial and professional working, Accounting, Internal Audit, Information Systems Audit, Digital Financial Reporting.

He possesses good knowledge on digital tax administration system, e-Invoicing system, data analytics. He is also involved in development of tax analytics tool for using the potential of tax data in aiding business decisions.

He is co-author of paper titled “A Field Study Examining the Indian Ministry of Corporate Affairs XBRL Implementation” published in Journal of Information Systems. He has also provided valuable inputs on XBRL and EDIFACT in Master Thesis “Factors affecting Standard Dominance in the battle between EDIFACT versus XBRL Data Exchange Standards in India” submitted for Masters of Science in Management of Technologies at DELFT University of Technology, Netherlands.

He regularly speaks on Digitalization of Taxes, Tax Analytics, & Blockchain in National & International Conferences/Workshops. He has made a presentation on “Digital Tax Administration System” in 41st World Continuous Auditing & Reporting Symposium (WCAR) held in Spain on Nov 9 & 10, 2017. He also made presentation on “Digitalization of Tax Administration System for VAT” in Kuwait VAT Conference held on May 2 & 3, 2018. He was invited by American Accounting Association to speak on “RegTech in India” in 9th Transformative Technologies Workshop (Annual Conference – 2018) on Aug 3, 2018 in Washington DC, USA.

He has made presentation on “Demystifying Blockchain” at Kuwait FinTech 2018 held on Oct 23- 25, 2018 where he also discussed about auditing Blockchain transactions. Recently, he was invited to moderate a panel discussion in World Blockchain STO Summit to be held on July 31, 2019 in Port Louis, Mauritius.

He is a faculty at National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes & Narcotics (NACIN), Mumbai where he was invited to speak on “Digital Tax Administration System for GST” on Oct 16, 2017. His session was highly appreciated by the participants. He was also invited by NACIN, Mumbai to speak on “Data Analytics in GST” on April 23, 2018.

He also conducts workshops on Digitalization of Taxes & Blockchain / DLT in India on a regular basis which are attended by CFOs/Senior Finance Executives.
NextGenNaveen Garg FCA, DISA (ICAI), is Director of NexGen Knowledge Solutions Private Ltd. He has over 10 years’ experience on XBRL data conversion for MCA India, HMRC filings - UK, ACRA Filing – Singapore and ROI Filing - Ireland.

He has contributed to the development of “XBRL Preparer’s Guide” published by ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). He is a Permanent Special Invitees to the Group for in- house development of taxonomies framed by ICAI. He has implemented the iXBRL at Barclays as requirement of HMRC UK. There he was member of “British Bankers' Association (BBA Collaboration Online Shared Workspace)-iXBRL UK”. He has worked with Techbooks International Pvt. Ltd. (APTARA) where he used to review XBRL financial Statements prepared under US GAAP and IFRS Taxonomy for “U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)” and assumed to be an expert in this field. He actively manages social website LinkedIn group XBRL in India for members having queries related to MCA India XBRL filing.

He has co-authored an Article titled “XBRL Assurance” published in The Bombay Chartered Accountant Journal Feb, 2012 issue. Apart from the said article, he has contributed many other articles on XBRL which have been published in journals of ICAI, ICSI, BCAS, and Hitachi Blog.

He has been a speaker in many seminars organized by ICAI with India and Outside India.
NextGenManish Jain, B.Com., is Director of NextGen Knowledge Solutions Private Ltd. He is also proprietor of Hyde Park, one of the top three manufacturers of leather furnishings in India. He brings over 25 years of experience in managing business and is an investor in the company.
